Lose Weight Restricting Time Rather Than Calories

I  first heard about the amazing weight loss result that occurred when a woman reduced the time period in which she consumed calories each day to somewhere between 9 and 12 hours when I was attending a continuing education on nutrition and  the brain. It was in Pasadena in early 2012. And the woman the speaker, a psychiatrist and neurology doctor was showing pictures of as she lost weight, dramatically,was his wife.
